C2 Profiler
   
 

The C² Enterprise Profiler module is powerful tool to automate the first part of a request or workflow process by using pre-established templates. Profiler allows you to establish web-like forms that easily allow the end user to participate in a pro-active manner. Below are a couple of different examples on how Profiler has been used to empower your helpdesk or customer service centers.

   
  Example 1. (Diagnosis)
  One customers that provides higher education nationally required an easy way to allow agents (experienced and inexperienced) to have the correct information from the end users.

To deliver this, Profiler was designed to collect the correct information from multiple areas by using drop down menu items, which allowed the agents to direct the request to the appropriate faculty and department. Imagine the productivity gains that were achieved by having diagnosis performed by the end user.
   
  Example 2. (Customer Survey)
  One of the most important methods of measuring your support success is through surveys. Profiler easily handles this by allowing you to create whatever survey best meets your needs. The survey is sent as part of an HTML email and the information that is recorded and will update the database which then can be reported on.

You can have drop down, text, numeric or just a simple yes or no. Energize your agents with positive feedback or help them learn from possible areas that require further attention in their work. Profiler used for surveying is a great way to enable constant improvement in your helpdesk or customer service centers.
